HCW announces the groundbreaking of side-by-side branded hotels in Goodyear, Arizona. A 90 room Tru by Hilton and 88 room Springhill Suites by Marriott. The new hotels will be located on 3.7 acres on the corner of Interstate 10 & North Bullard Avenue in one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona. This growing market is perfect for both Hilton’s new innovative TRU brand targeting traveling millennials and Springhill Suites by Marriott upscale business and family lodging offering. The property’s location, just off I-10, makes it perfect for business and leisure travelers alike.
